YIN YANG YOGA
Yin yoga focuses on relaxing your muscles. By relaxing your muscles you reach the connective tissue, located in the deeper layers of your body. Connective tissue strengthens and elongates more slowly than muscle tissue, which is why Yin Yoga poses are held between three and five minutes. Yin yoga gives deep relaxation, stimulates your organs and teaches you to experience space in your body.
